Your wine club, run online: guests sign up and choose a tier, and you manage members, shipments and renewals from one place — turn visitors into regulars.

Private B2B sales: restaurants, importers and wine shops log into their own reserved portal, see your price list and order — with per-customer allocations.

A digital logbook for the harvest: your team records picking dates, quantities, grape varieties and plots from the field — ready for traceability rules.

Cellar and vat tracking: follow every batch from tank to bottle — rackings, blends, treatments and volumes, all logged in order for your paperwork.

For those who serve wine to guests every day.

Wine list for restaurants: build your carta dei vini once and keep it in sync everywhere — print it, show it on a QR at the table, update prices in seconds.

Tasting events with online sign-ups: publish your sessions, let guests reserve a spot from a public page, and manage the list without phone calls or paper.

For wine shops that sell bottles and run tastings.

One ecosystem, one login. Start with a single tool and add the others whenever you're ready.
Pick several tools and your cellar or venue don't juggle different accounts: every module adds on without starting from scratch, with the same look and the same panel.

Every tool works on its own and has its own price, from €4 a month. Take one, take a few, or take the suite for your trade — the suite always costs less than the tools inside it.
Wine list, by the glass, tastings and guest profiles. €21 if bought separately.
Get in touchShelf catalogue with reserve and collect, tastings, wine by the glass. €18 if bought separately.

Get in touchEvery tool across every trade, B2B allocations included — for those who do more than one thing. €107 if bought separately.
Get in touchSingle tools start at €4/month; the bigger ones are €7 or €9, and BlueReserve — a B2B allocation portal of its own — is €29. BlueRack and BlueTaste are free, for your own cellar and your own tasting notes. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
These tools come from the wine trade and its habits, but no two cellars work the same way. If one of them is close without being right — a step your harvest really has, a field you actually fill in — or the tool you need is not here at all, we can build it for you.
Your guests already read the wines in their own language, and the panel you work in comes in four. Need another? Ask. And if we think a tool that already exists would serve you better, we will say so — even though it means not selling you anything.
Tell us what you needEvery tool works on its own and has its own price, from EUR 4 per month. If you want several, the suite for your trade costs less than the tools inside it: EUR 15 a month for a restaurant, EUR 13 for a wine shop, EUR 33 for a winery, EUR 55 for everything. No setup fees and you can cancel anytime.
Monthly, which you can cancel anytime, or yearly, paid in advance, which gives you two months free. You can stop a yearly plan whenever you like: it runs until the end of the 12 months you paid for, with no refund for the remaining months.
No, and most people do not. You can start with one tool, for example just the wine list or just the e-labels, and add others later. What you already set up stays as it is.
It depends on your trade. A restaurant usually starts with the wine list and by the glass; a wine shop with the shelf catalogue; a winery with visits or e-labels. Tell us what your day looks like and we will say which ones are worth it, including which ones are not.
Yes. BlueRack, for your own cellar, and BlueTaste, for your own tasting notes, are free and stay free. They need no account and no card.
No. Everything your guests see, wine lists, e-labels, booking pages, opens in the phone browser from a link or a QR code.
Since December 2023 wine sold in the European Union must carry ingredients and nutrition information, and a QR code on the label is the accepted way to provide it. BlueLabel creates those pages for your wines.
Yes. The pages your guests see work in several languages, which matters for e-labels and for anyone selling abroad.
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union, with an encrypted backup taken every day. Two-factor authentication is available, and we can sign a data processing agreement if you need one.
You export it. Your wines, your customers and your records are yours, in a format you can open elsewhere. There is no lock-in.
Most tools are running the same day. The ones that need your wines in the system take as long as it takes to enter them, and we can import a list you already have in a spreadsheet.
No. One login for everything, and the tools you own appear in the same panel. Adding a tool later does not mean another password.
Yes. You can try it free for 14 days, with every tool unlocked: we set it up for you, already filled with sample data so you can see everything in use, and it becomes your own account if you subscribe. Or get in touch and we will show you the tools that fit your trade, set up with your own wines.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Your guests already can. You add the languages you sell in and write the wine names, descriptions and e-label text in each, so a visitor reads the page in their own language. The admin panel you work in is English, Italian, Romanian or Greek; if you need the panel in another language, ask and we will do it for you.
Tell us what you're interested in — we'll get back to you with a tailored demo.
